1. Making a Reservation

Customers and suppliers can register and make reservations through the B/S online reservation platform and WeChat applet, which is based on correspond contracts. Customers and suppliers can log in to their accounts to make online reservations, enter information such as vehicle number and mobile phone number, and select the name of the goods.

Customers can check the execution status, vehicle status, payment status, etc. of all their contracts through the web interface; drivers can check the status of their vehicles (queue status, loading and unloading status, test status, test indicators, etc.) through WeChat.

2. Parking and Making Payment

Customers can pay the parking fee through WeChat official account.

After the driver arrives at the factory, the vehicle number recognition camera recognizes the license plate and automatically checks whether the vehicle has paid. If the fee has been paid, the barrier will be automatically lifted for entry; if the fee has not been paid, a voice prompt will be given to pay first before entering.

3. Self-service Card Issuance

The driver will enter the hall to get a card and queue up before entering the factory. The driver swipes his ID card on the self-service card issuing machine, and the system will automatically issue a metering card to the driver. The system queues the vehicles according to the material type and the order of card issuance.

4. Access Control

The system can control whether the vehicles entering the factory are legitimate(whether they are at the front of the queue, the formalities are complete, they are allowed to continue to enter the factory according to the number of existing vehicles). Facilitate vehicle evacuation and personnel control in emergency situations (how many vehicles, which vehicles, and who are in the factory at a certain point in time), and whether the vehicles leaving the factory are legitimate (whether the process is complete, whether there are any deductions, etc.).

5. Self-service Metering

Through traffic light guidance and voice commands, the system can provide unmanned self-service operations such as weighing, parking, measurement, printing, and unweighing of drivers and vehicles.

6. Shipping and Receipt Confirmation

The handheld device can be used to input quality inspection indicators of goods, confirm delivery and receipt, count the number of returned barrels/bags, and deduct money for illegal operations.
